but maybe after naptime she'll feel better!
this is the poem we sent with our mishloach manos
From the Desk of Bayla Hojda M.D., N.B.N (Mostly Delicious, Not By Naptime)
I can't believe it's Purim, the year's really flying
And since the beginning of Adar I’ve been trying
To understand the part of the Purim story
Where Vashti lost all of her beauty and glory
In treating her Jewish maids well she definitely did fail
And instead of looking pretty she got pimples and a tail
She didn't want to go to the ball not looking her best
I don't need to tell you what happened next - you know the rest!
Too bad Vashti didn't have an adorable cute doctor like me
I could've told her an easy remedy!
An apple (strudel muffin) a day keeps the doctor away, Dr. Pepper is the drink for you,
The best medicine of all is laughter, and treating your Jewish maids well might help too!
Happy Purim from me and my Mommy and Abba!
